if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
If returning right items for a refund: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.
Although we provide free shipping policy, we do not cover the shipping cost for return. Considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Besides, if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange. Of course we can send your damaged item back to you on the condition that you're go to pay for the shipping costs.
